Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu mà PhòngBan AI lưu về bạn bất cứ lúc nào.
- Ngắt kết nối nền tảng: trong PhòngBan AI vào Kết nối API, hoặc thu hồi quyền Google tại myaccount.google.com/permissions, quyền Meta trong Cài đặt doanh nghiệp.
- Để xoá toàn bộ tài khoản và dữ liệu, gửi email tới truonggiang2511a@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu" từ email đăng nhập của bạn.
- Chúng tôi xoá khoá truy cập, số liệu quảng cáo, nội dung và tài khoản người dùng, rồi báo kết quả trong thời hạn pháp luật quy định.
Doanh nghiệp đó quản lý thông tin bạn đã để lại. Hãy liên hệ trực tiếp doanh nghiệp, hoặc gửi email tới truonggiang2511a@gmail.com kèm số điện thoại/email bạn đã dùng; chúng tôi sẽ chuyển và hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp xoá hồ sơ cùng lịch sử chăm sóc liên quan.
Sau khi xoá, chúng tôi chỉ giữ thông tin tối thiểu mà pháp luật bắt buộc lưu (nếu có). Nhật ký hệ thống không chứa nội dung cá nhân.
Data deletion instructions
PhòngBan AI users: disconnect a platform under Kết nối API in the app, or revoke Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your whole account and data, email truonggiang2511a@gmail.com from your login email with the subject "Data deletion request"; we delete tokens, advertising data, content and user accounts and confirm within the legally required period.
Customers of a business using PhòngBan AI: contact that business, or email us with the phone number or email you used and we will help the business delete your record and its follow-up history.
